We aim to eliminate stigma surrounding mental health challenges, behavioral concerns, and difficulties in relationships through open and nonjudgemental communication. We believe that receiving services should be as simple as possible.

We use Simple Practice for storage of protected healthcare information as well as an encrypted video conferencing service that meets HIPAA privacy protection requirements for digital health care services.
