Alexis has had the privilege of practicing at many levels of care. She has an unparellelled depth of experience from the outpatient level, partial hospitalization and inpatient levels of care. While she enjoys working alongside teens and adults on a variety of concerns, her passions lie within: dual-diagnosis, life transitions, self-worth, anxiety, depression and anger management. Alexis utilizes treatment modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), solution-focused therapy, exposure and response prevention (ERP), motivational interviewing (MI) and schema therapy.
Alexis has also wholeheartedly enjoyed her journey to become an Independent Clinical Supervisor. She is available to facilitate clinical supervision for those who have recently graduated, to seasoned clinicians. During supervision with Alexis, you will work together to collaborate on your current cases, discuss legal and ethical concerns and help pursue your goals towards professional growth.
Clients have expressed appreciation for Alexis’ down-to-Earth nature, non-judgmental and when necessary, direct style.
