Gail has experience working with a variety of children, adolescents, and adults in both outpatient and partial hospitalization levels of care. She has special interest in working with individuals with eating disorders, ADHD, Autism, OCD, anxiety, and trauma. Her approach to therapy is person-centered and often includes elements of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) , exposure and response prevention (ERP), internal family systems (IFS), and schema therapy based on the needs of her clients. She prioritizes building strong therapeutic relationships with a foundation of safety and trust in order to provide an environment in which individuals feel seen, heard, and supported without judgement. Gail strives for comprehensive care for her clients and has experience working with a multidisciplinary treatment team in order to advocate for individuals and the care they deserve.
